Yes! I am able to accept several major insurance plans, including Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Humana. I am able to accept employee assistance programs (EAPs) as well. Together, we will verify your insurance benefits before your initial appointment and ensure you are aware of any financial responsibility you may have.
If you do not have insurance, or would rather keep therapy separate from your insurance record, private pay is always an option. Many clients appreciate the added privacy and flexibility that comes with self-pay services.
Individuals: $150 per 60 minute session
Couples: $175 per 60 minute session
Yes! I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients experiencing financial hardship. These spaces are limited and may not always be available, but you’re welcome to ask about current openings during a consultation.
A 15 minute consultation is a brief, informal call to see if whether working together feels like a good fit. I’ll call you directly at the number you provide. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and any questions you have.
I’ll also let you know if I think I’m the right provider for your needs. There’s no pressure to commit, and it’s totally okay to decide it’s not the right fit.
After your consultation and before your first session, you’ll receive secure electronic intake paperwork and insurance verification (if applicable). All scheduling, documentation, and billing are managed through a HIPAA-compliant client portal designed for therapy practices.

Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions. Over time, we may adjust frequency based on your goals, progress, and preferences.
Some insurance plans may offer out-of-network benefits, which may reimburse a portion of the session cost after payment. If this applies to your plan, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. This policy allows me to offer consistent care and availability to all clients.
I am currently only offering secure Telehealth sessions for clients located in Arizona.
