Together, we’ll focus on strengthening communication, increasing awareness, and making practical changes all grounded in an affirming, trauma informed, and inclusive approach.

What To Expect From Therapy
Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to meet you where you are.
Some sessions focus on understanding patterns and emotional responses.
Others focus on practical tools and new ways of communicating and coping.
Over time, our work will help you move from reacting on autopilot to responding with more clarity and intention.
I work from an affirming, inclusive lens and have experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and those impacted by systemic stressors, discrimination, and marginalization. I understand that mental health does not exist in a vacuum, and we will consider both personal history and broader social context in our work together.

All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth for clients located in Arizona.
